​How it all started....

As an experienced contract/project surveyor I have had many years of experience dealing with high end residential properties, offices and new builds.  I have dealt with Loss Adjusters, Insurers, Surveyors and policyholders on a daily basis and know what is expected when it comes to quality of work and reliability.  Having recently been accepted to become an Associate member of the Chartered Institute Of Builders I have good knowledge and understanding of general construction.  I am also familiar with producing very competitive tenders for surveyors and using schedules of rates which is why we are very competatively priced.
